Qualificações

• Three years of experience in a front office role within a mental health outpatient facility.
• Experience using electronic medical records systems for patient administrative services, registration, and scheduling.
• Ability to support patients in emotional distress and crisis with empathy and professionalism.
• Experience with EPIC or similar scheduling systems.

Responsabilidades
