Job summary

Plum AI seeks an experienced Campaign Operations Manager for a temporary role with the potential to transition to full-time. You will own campaign setup, data loading and validation, and deliverability monitoring inside Instantly and SmartReach.

This is a hands-on, operational role—no broad strategy. You’ll manage multiple campaigns, tune sending volumes, troubleshoot platform issues, and coordinate with Data Science and Account Management to prepare audiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing outbound email campaigns.
• Direct experience with Instantly and SmartReach required.
• Strong deliverability knowledge and email/domain health.
• Proficiency with Excel/CSV for data handling.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, launch and manage campaigns in Instantly and SmartReach.
• Manage multiple sending accounts, inboxes, and sequences.
• Upload, map, validate, and QA prospect lists before campaigns go live.
• Configure sending schedules, limits, inbox rotation and routing.
• Ensure campaigns target existing relationships and new prospects.
• Perform pre-launch QA to ensure correct audience and settings.
