IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Camp Sales Coordinator to build client relationships and sell camp programs. You will prospect, qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM to track progress while educating customers on program benefits.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales or related fields, strong communication, and a passion for sports. You’ll work on campus with flexible hours, supporting tours and translations as needed, to convert inquiry into participation.

Competenze

• 1-3 years relevant experience, 1 year minimum sales experience.
• Marketing or business background preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of sports and athletics.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling and lead follow-up.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Mansioni

• Prospect camp customers through daily phone calls, email or outreach strategies (≈50 calls/day).
• Prospecting focused on leads that expressed interest in IMG Academy offerings.
• Lead lists provided from partners or website engagement.
• Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge of camp programs.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective and enrolled business.
• Use CRM to track pipeline, sales, follow-ups and notes.
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of camp programs.
• Host prospective customers on campus to learn about our Camp programs.
• Provide support for advisors including tours and translations when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of IMG Academy campus and programs.
• Determine customer needs and make recommendations to maximize experience.
• Manage time to meet personal and company goals; work with advisor team.
• Attend Sport Advisor meetings and support peers as needed.
• Collaborate with on-campus departments for smooth sale-to-participation transition.
