Job summary

IMG Academy seeks a Camp Sales Coordinator to grow relationships with clients and promote camp offerings on campus in Bradenton, Florida. You will manage outreach, nurture leads, and guide families through the enrollment process.

You will use CRM tools to track pipelines, provide tours, and collaborate with other advisors to maximize the customer experience and ensure a seamless transition from sale to participation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience; minimum 1 year in sales.
• Experience with high-volume outreach and lead follow-up.
• General knowledge of sports and athletics.

Responsibilities

• Prospect camp customers via phone, email and outreach (≈50 calls/day).
• Build relationships and sell IMG Academy camp offerings.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with prospects and activity notes.
• Educate customers on camp terminology, features and benefits.
• Coordinate campus tours and support advisors when needed.
• Collaborate with campus departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
