Job summary

IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL seeks Senior Vice President of Sales to lead a 75+ person campus-based sales organization across B2C and B2B programs, including boarding school, camps, team training and events.

You will set strategy, drive enrollment and partnerships, collaborate with marketing, product and operations, and build a culture of accountability, trust and performance across multi-channel channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership in B2C and B2B settings.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategy and manage pipelines and territories.
• Strong communicator and storyteller with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the strategic vision for campus-based sales across B2C and B2B lines.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a 75+ person sales team including directors and account executives.
• Partner with marketing, product, and operations to align offers and capacity planning.
• Develop onboarding and development programs to upskill the team and improve retention.
• Oversee sales funnels across phone, SMS, chat, email, and CRM-connected channels.
