Qualifications

• Six months of professional work or internship experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and families between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.
• Educate families on the college recruiting process and athlete development pathways.
• Build trust with families by explaining resources and identifying goals.
• Qualify prospective student-athletes and schedule consultations with Senior Sales Specialists for needs assessments.
• Participate in sales team meetings and timely client follow-up.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to document interactions and manage outreach.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that impact earnings.
