Job summary

IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator (Recruiting Coordinator) to introduce student-athletes and families to the college recruiting process and athlete development pathways through the IMG Academy+ and NCSA ecosystem.

In this full-time, entry-level sales role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, educate families about programs, identify athletes ready to take the next level, and schedule consultations with Senior Sales Specialists for personalized

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of professional work or internship experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
• Basic understanding of athlete development and the college recruiting landscape.
• Passion for helping student-athletes and families navigate their athletic and academic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make 80–100+ structured outbound calls per day to prospective student-athletes and their families between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time
• Introduce families to the college recruiting process and educate them on athlete development, recruiting timelines, and the programs and pathways available through the IMG Academy+ and NCSA ecosystem
• Build trust with families by clearly explaining available resources and identifying their goals and level of interest
• Qualify prospective student-athletes and schedule consultations with Senior Sales Specialists for personalized needs assessments and solution recommendations
• Participate in sales team meetings and conduct timely client follow-up
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to accurately document interactions and manage outreach
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals that directly impact earnings
