Job summary

Target Hospitality, a leader in remote workforce housing and hospitality services, seeks a kitchen team member to prepare and serve meals to HACCP standards in a high-volume lodge kitchen. You will operate multiple kitchen stations, maintain safety standards, and contribute to world-class guest experiences on rotating schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ years culinary experience, remote camp or hospitality background preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Willingness to travel and work long rotations away from home.
• Background check and urinalysis will be required.
• Must provide own transportation to facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety culture and follow all SOPs, JSAs, and Target Hospitality policies.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment (grills, slicers, tilt skillets, deep fryers, convection ovens).
• Prepare meals on the line, grill, oven and fryers.
• Serve guests and verify meal scans.
• Serve all foods in HACCP-compliant manner and uphold food safety standards.
• Proper storage, rotation, and discarding of expired food per HACCP and FIFO.
• Ensure correct utensils, portions, and sanitation practices.
• Provide world-class customer service to guests.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency response procedures.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
