Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking Kitchen Staff III to assist the chefs and maintain dining room service stations. The role is hourly with a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, reporting to the Head Chef and ensuring cleanliness and food safety across all work areas.

Candidates should have 2+ years of dishwashing experience, strong English communication, and preferred food safety and first aid certification. Willingness to travel and work long rotations may be required as part of remote camps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dishwashing experience or equivalent, preferably in remote camp or hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Valid food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dining room service stations and keep them stocked and clean according to HACCP standards.
• Serve all foods in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Restock coolers and displays; operate kitchen equipment and keep areas clean.
• Exceed guest needs with world-class service and follow safety procedures.
