Job summary

Target Hospitality is seeking a cook to support the lodge kitchen in a high-volume environment. You will assist the Chef and cooks, prepare made-to-order items, and ensure HACCP and food safety standards are met while maintaining production quotas.

The role requires 2+ years culinary experience, ability to work 6 weeks on/2 weeks off, and willingness to travel or relocate to remote sites. Benefits include housing, meals, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary experience, remote camp or hotel/hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and follow SOPs, JSAs, and procedures.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment (grills, slicers, tilt skillets, fryers, convection ovens).
• Prepare meals on line and to order per menu plan and quotas.
