Job summary

Target Hospitality is actively seeking a Kitchen Staff III to assist the chefs with production and to keep dining room service stations stocked, in a remote and demanding environment. The shift follows a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as directed by the manager to meet business needs.

You will uphold food safety standards, rotate stock, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness while delivering guest-focused service and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass background check and urinalysis.
• Must provide own transportation to facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture and follow SOPs, JSAs, and Target Hospitality policies.
• Serve foods in compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Proper food storage, rotation, and discarding expired food per HACCP and FIFO.
• Restock coolers and dining room displays.
• Operate kitchen equipment (slicers, coffee machines, pop dispensers).
• Clean and maintain dining room and service areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and dining room floors.
• Sanitize dishes, cookware, and equipment.
• Provide world-class customer service to guests.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
