Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Business Development / Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and set appointments for the new vehicle sales team. You will use scripts and templates to respond quickly and maintain CRM records, collaborating with management to follow up on customer requests.

The role emphasizes a sales-focused, team-driven environment with strong computer skills and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center required.
• Previous dealership BDC experience and Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus.
• Collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and reliable on CRM and e-mail templates.

• At least one previous role based in customer service or Call Center Required
