Job summary

Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking Experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers to join our growing team within the Five Star Automotive Group. We offer top pay, advancement opportunities and a proven pathway to success.

You will greet customers, prepare work orders, communicate repair details to technicians and provide estimates while managing invoices. A valid license and a can-do attitude are required; Saturday work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Experience
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds System a Plus
• Lucrative Pay Structure – Salary plus Commission/Bonus Pay Structure
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work Saturday when required

Responsibilities

• Greet and Communicate with Customers on All Aspects of Repair
• Arrange Appointments for Customers and Create Work Orders in Dealership System
• Communicate Repair Information and Details to Technicians
• Provide Estimates to Customers, Secure Work Approval and Finalize Invoices
• Work Fluidly between Sales, Service and Parts Departments
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned
