Job summary

Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is hiring Experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers in Lenoir City, TN. You will join a growing dealer group with excellent benefits, opportunity for advancement and a pathway for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds System a plus.
• Lucrative pay structure – salary plus commission/bonus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers on all aspects of repair.
• Arrange appointments for customers and create work orders in dealership system.
• Communicate repair information and details to technicians.
• Provide estimates to customers, secure work approval and finalize invoices.
• Work fluidly between sales, service and parts departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
