You will use Reynolds & Reynolds CRM daily, collaborate with management and teammates, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• At least one prior role in customer service or call center.
• Dealership BDC experience and Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus.
• Prompt, courteous, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong computer and CRM skills, with reliable internet use.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls and emails; set appointments for new vehicle sales.
• Respond quickly to inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Follow up with customer requests by discussing with management.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Be prepared to spend day on phone and computer; sales-focused.
