• Minimum 2 years automotive service advisor / service writer experience.
• Experience with dealership Reynolds & Reynolds system preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers about repairs.
• Create work orders and schedule appointments in the system.
• Provide repair estimates and obtain approvals.
• Explain repair information to customers and technicians.
• Coordinate between Sales, Service and Parts departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You Must Have:

• Minimum 2 Years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Experience
• Experience with Dealership Reynolds & Reynolds System a Plus
• Lucrative Pay Structure - Salary plus Commission/Bonus Pay Structure
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work Saturdaywhen required

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and Communicate with Customers on All Aspects of Repair
• Arrange Appointments for Customers and Create Work Orders in Dealership System
• Communicate Repair Information and Details to Technicians
• Provide Estimates to Customers, Secure Work Approval and Finalize Invoices
• Work Fluidly between Sales, Service and Parts Departments
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned
