Job summary

Lenoir City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of the Five Star Automotive Group, is seeking Experienced Automotive Service Advisors / Writers to join our team. We offer industry-leading pay, award-winning shops, and state-of-the-art facilities, plus bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in service writing, strong customer service and time management, and a valid driver's license. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds System is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers on repair needs.
• Arrange appointments and create work orders in the dealership system.
• Communicate repair information to technicians.
• Provide estimates, obtain approvals, and finalize invoices.
• Coordinate between Sales, Service and Parts departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You Must Have:

• Minimum 2 Years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Experience
• Experience with Dealership Reynolds & Reynolds System a Plus
• Lucrative Pay Structure - Salary plus Commission/Bonus Pay Structure
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work Saturdaywhen required

Responsibilities Include:
