Job summary

Five Star Automotive Group in Lenoir City, TN is seeking Experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Writers to join our growing team. You will greet customers, create work orders, and coordinate with technicians to provide accurate estimates and finalize invoices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Experience
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds System a Plus
• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Excellent Customer Service and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work Saturday when required

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with customers on all aspects of repair
• Arrange appointments for customers and create work orders in dealership system
• Communicate repair information and details to technicians
• Provide estimates to customers, secure work approval and finalize invoices
• Work fluidly between Sales, Service and Parts departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
