Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center required.
• Previous dealership BDC experience and Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus.
• Collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Strong computer skills and reliable on CRM and e-mail templates.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls and emails and set appointments/answer questions for new vehicle sales department.
• Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Follow up with customer requests and questions by discussing with management team.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Be ready to spend day on phone and computer.
