Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an HR Generalist to support California and local HR activities, ensuring compliant handling of employee relations, onboarding, investigations, and policy interpretation. You will liaise with managers, advise on compensation, and coordinate workers’ compensation and ADA-related matters.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, unemployment).
• Experience with HRIS/HR management systems and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers in handling HR activities including employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management; counsel on productivity and development planning.
• Advise managers on salary offers and total compensation increases.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and ADA-related requests.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes with the recruiting team.
• Conduct employee investigations and coordinate with legal as needed.
• Meet with MSR locations and customer site locations as required.
• Maintain HR metrics and HRIS data integrity.
