Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support California-related policies and provide general HR services. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, performance management, data integrity in the HRIS, and benefits inquiries across MSR locations and customer sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication skills. This on-site position in Chandler, AZ offers growth in a dynamic environment with cross-location exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with associate relations and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support for employees and managers.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management.
• Counsel employees and managers on development and performance.
• Advise managers on salary offers and total compensation increases.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and ADA/litigation related matters.
• Support onboarding and transfer processes with recruiting team.
• Conduct employee investigations and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Meet with employees at MSR locations and customer sites as needed.
• Support performance management processes and timely evaluations.
• Provide required training and track compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and HR metrics reporting.
• Oversee onboarding data entry and communications.
• Manage offboarding including exit interviews and final pay communications.
• Assist benefits discussions and annual reviews.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws; participate in audits.
