Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus on California. Remote role open to candidates nationwide, with duties spanning employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR, including California-specific wage-hour rules, CFRA/PDL leaves, and HRIS proficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain employee handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; attend seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws.
• Support performance management processes including disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
