MSR-FSR LLC, based in California, seeks an HR professional to provide broad HR support across employee relations, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits, and compliance. The role collaborates with managers and HR stakeholders to foster a productive workplace.

The position involves maintaining HRIS data, conducting investigations, coordinating workers’ compensation, and ensuring adherence to state and federal labor laws; occasional site meetings may be required.

Qualificações

• Strong communications skills and ability to work with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Experience with salary offers and total compensation discussions.
• Familiarity with state and federal labor laws and HR compliance systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems such as SharePoint and Paycor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general HR support to employees and managers, interpreting policies and procedures.
• Advise managers on salary offers and total compensation increases.
• Coordinate workers' compensation, ADA, and related requests.
• Support onboarding and offboarding with recruiters and HRIS/Payroll data entry.
• Maintain HR metrics and ensure data integrity in the HRIS.
• Assist in performance management processes and appraisals.
• Deliver required compliance training and orientations.
• Conduct employee investigations and consult with legal counsel as needed.
• Meet with employees at MSR locations and customer sites as required.
