InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our California operations and other designated regions. You will administer HR plans, manage onboarding, policy implementation, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

A strong background in CA wage-and-hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, and PAGA exposure is essential. The role offers a full-time exempt salary with a base in the $42,000–$73,000 range for non-California

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California compliance.
• Knowledge across compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR plans and procedures; help develop personnel policies; maintain handbook.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write job descriptions as needed.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement, and exit interviews.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
