Job summary

Sprout II LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to support HR functions in Torrance, California. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensure compliance with California labor laws.

The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume operations, preferably in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the recruiting process using R365, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews.
• Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, including wage and hour regulations.
