Job summary

Msr-Fsr, Llc is seeking an HR professional to provide general HR support, employee relations, and policy interpretation. You will liaise between employees and management, advise on compensation, and coordinate workers’ compensation and ADA-related matters.

You’ll also support onboarding, HRIS/payroll data entry, investigations, and compliance efforts, meeting with staff at the MSR location and client sites as needed. A strong HR background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, organizational management, or comparable discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of functional experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, investigations, and HR topics (EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, workers’ compensation).
• Ability to contribute to processes and systems within HR.

Responsibilities

• General HR support including employee relations, policy interpretation, and responding to questions.
• Liaise between employees and management to address concerns and development planning.
• Counsel managers on salary offers and total compensation increases.
• Coordinate workers' compensation, ADA, and return-to-work matters.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and HRIS/payroll data entry as needed.
• Conduct employee investigations and consult legal counsel when required.
• Maintain HR metrics and ensure HRIS data integrity.
• Meet with MSR personnel and customer-site staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and participate in audits.
