Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC is seeking a California‑savvy HR Generalist to support employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and benefits coordination. You will advise managers on compensation decisions, maintain HRIS data, and work with legal counsel for investigations.

You will interact with employees at MSR locations and customer sites as needed. The role requires knowledge of California laws, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, Organizational Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support including employee relations, policy interpretation, and staff inquiries.
• Serve as liaison between employees and management while maintaining confidentiality.
• Counsel managers on development planning, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Advise managers on salary offers and total compensation adjustments.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and ADA/litigation related requests.
• Assist onboarding and transfer processes with recruiting team.
• Conduct employee investigations and coordinate resolutions with legal as needed.
• Attend to employees at MSR locations and client sites as required.
• Support training, compliance, and annual benefits review activities.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate HR metrics.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding activity and communicate final pay/benefits.
