Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably including experience supporting employees and managers in California.
• Excellent professional level written and verbal communication skills that interface across multiple groups and regions.
• Ability to liaise and report across the organization at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confidentiality in handling information.

• Maintains knowledge of and supports compliance with California and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Advises management on CA-specific employment practices and escalates complex matters.
• Leads or participates in employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinates onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Supports talent acquisition processes and participating in policy development and training.
