Job summary

InteLogix seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance across CA wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL, with involvement in performance management and HR investigations.

The role requires 5+ years HR generalist experience, strong communication, and discretion with confidential information. Remote work is available for qualified candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years supporting California employees with CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and CA compliance.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and policies; maintain handbook and policy manual.
• Support department goals, orientation, job descriptions, and resignations.
• Maintain HRIS records and compliance with employment laws.
• Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and performance plans.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
