Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• 5+ years supporting California employees with wage/hour rules and CFRA/PDL leave.
• Knowledge of compensation, performance management, employee relations, and employment laws.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

• Administer HR plans and policies; maintain employee handbook.
• Develop department goals and HR systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations and write job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations and exit interviewing.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations with recommendations.
