Off The Hook is a Cajun, quick-casual dining concept seeking a Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in Houma, Louisiana. You will set up stations, prep ingredients, and cook menu items to ensure high-quality Cajun dishes reach the table.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, be at least 16 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and complete the company training programs to support a clean, organized, and timely service environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen staff.
• Answer, report and follow GM's instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary prep area.
• Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
