Job summary

Off The Hook Restaurants is hiring a Prep Cook to set up stations, prep ingredients, and support the kitchen in delivering high-quality Cajun dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and timely service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Prior restaurant experience and willingness to complete corporate training are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Respond to guest feedback with urgency and professionalism
• Assist with inventory and stock control
