Off The Hook Restaurants in Houma, LA is seeking a Prep Cook to help deliver our Real Cajun Real Fast dishes. You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, cook items in coordination with the kitchen, and keep the area clean and organized.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work a variety of shifts including weekends, and support teammates to ensure meals meet high standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Available to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel for training.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, chopping meat, preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Follow GM's instructions and report as needed.
• Clean up station and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
