Job summary

La Colombe is seeking a Shift Lead to guide and support a cafe team, delivering consistent customer experiences and coaching staff on espresso bar operations. You will set shift expectations, provide real-time feedback, and ensure tasks are completed with a focus on hospitality and operational excellence.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and the ability to handle busy periods while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

• Proven ability to coach, direct, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities
