Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach, direct, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Educate customers on La Colombe products and cafe/retail offerings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality and espresso service on the floor and lead by example for the team.
• Act as Leader on Duty, communicating expectations, coaching in real time, and delegating tasks.
• Make independent judgments to handle challenges and take decisive action including hiring considerations.
• Maintain a visually appealing retail space and manage shift inventory tasks and resets.
