Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Development Manager to oversee café development projects from scope through opening. You will coordinate with internal teams and franchisees to ensure projects stay on plan, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.

The role demands strong construction project management skills, a deep understanding of franchise operations, and the ability to manage multiple openings across a geographically distributed portfolio. Travel to openings will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction project management, cafe/restaurant development, or related field.
• Experience managing commercial construction and/or architectural projects in fast-paced settings (QSR/retail/hospitality).
• Experience managing multiple projects across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Experience with franchise development and/or supporting franchisees preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-unit café openings preferred.
• Strong budgets, schedules, permitting, vendor, and risk management knowledge.
• Strong business acumen with operations, production, P&L understanding.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate with franchise owners, GMs, contractors, vendors, and leadership.
• High emotional intelligence and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and opening coordination for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from test-fit to grand opening.
• Guide construction activities to meet Paris Baguette standards, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage general contractors, millwork vendors, sign vendors, and develop new vendor relationships.
• Define scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation for projects.
• Monitor progress and address delays, costs, or risks impacting openings.
• Provide guidance to franchisees and internal teams to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional opening activities with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and Finance.
• Establish post-opening support and ensure ongoing café success.
