Job summary

Paris Baguette North America seeks a seasoned Project Development & Construction Manager to lead café openings and remodels across the United States. You will manage test-fit, design development, permitting, construction, and opening, ensuring alignment with brand standards and budget targets.

You will coordinate with franchisees and internal teams, oversee vendors, maintain schedules, and drive a smooth transition from construction to operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, café/restaurant development, or retail development.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a dispersed portfolio.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development process for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from test-fit through opening.
• Coordinate construction activities to meet brand standards, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and franchisee relationships to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk plans for projects.
• Lead cross-functional opening coordination with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and IT.
• Track milestones, provide status updates, and escalate risks to leadership.
• Support post-opening operations with transition planning and training.
