Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Development & Construction professional to lead café projects from initial test-fit to grand opening. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to standards, budget, and schedule while guiding franchisees through openings and remodels.

The role requires strong project management, business acumen, and a deep understanding of café operations, with travel to openings as needed and collaboration across Marketing, Training,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in construction project management, café/restaurant development, or related field.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-unit café openings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development process for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from test-fit through opening.
• Coordinate construction activities to meet Paris Baguette standards, budget, and timeline.
• Manage general contractors, millwork vendors, sign vendors, and develop vendor relationships.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide guidance to franchisees and internal teams to ensure standards are met.
• Establish relationships with franchise owners and General Managers during openings and transfers.
• Coordinate the transition from construction to operational readiness and grand opening.
• Support franchisees in onboarding, training, and post-opening follow-up.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT, Real Estate, Legal for openings.
