Job summary

Paris Baguette in Seattle seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead cafe development, from test-fit and design through permitting, construction, and grand opening. You will coordinate with internal teams and franchisees to ensure openings meet brand standards.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, providing guidance on prototypes, design, and process improvements. Travel to openings across the region is expected, with a strong focus on on-time, on-brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management or café/restaurant development.
• Experience managing commercial construction and/or architectural projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results.
• Willingness to travel/commute to openings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage development for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from design to opening.
• Guide construction activities to meet Paris Baguette standards, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage general contractors, vendors, and franchisee relationships.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk plans; identify delays or risks.
• Provide guidance to franchisees and internal teams for compliant openings.
• Coordinate cross-functional opening activities with Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Finance, and Legal.
