Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Development & Construction Project Manager to oversee new, relocated, and remodel café projects from initial test-fit and design through permitting, construction, final completion, and opening.

You will coordinate with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners to ensure openings meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets, while fostering strong franchise relationships and post-opening support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Hospitality, Operations or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management or cafe/retail development.
• Experience managing commercial construction and openings in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees preferred.
• Strong budgets, schedules, permitting, design, vendors, and project risk management knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to openings and sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage development for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from design to opening.
• Coordinate with franchisees, contractors, and vendors to meet standards, budget, and schedule.
• Provide guidance on prototype design and construction improvements.
• Establish post-opening support to ensure ongoing cafe success.
