Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Project Development & Construction leader to drive new café openings, relocations and remodels across the U.S. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, franchisees, and vendors to meet design standards, budgets, and aggressive timelines.

The role requires five-plus years in café/restaurant development or construction, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive construction/project management experience.
• Experience with café/retail development and franchise support.
• Ability to lead multiple openings across a dispersed portfolio.
• Bakery/café construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, relocation, and remodel café projects from test-fit through opening.
• Guide construction to meet Paris Baguette standards, scope, budget and timeline.
• Manage GCs, millwork, sign vendors and other partners; develop new vendor relationships.
• Create scopes, budgets, schedules and risk plans; monitor progress and address delays.
• Lead franchisee onboarding and openings; coordinate post-opening support and operations readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet opening requirements and timelines.
• Track milestones, budgets, risks and escalate significant issues.
