Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager in the Tampa area to lead development and opening of new cafés and remodels. You will coordinate with Franchisees, Operations, Marketing and Support Centers to ensure openings meet brand standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in café/retail development, strong budgeting and vendor management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple projects across dispersed markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, café/restaurant development, retail development, operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing commercial construction and/or architectural projects in fast-paced environments (QSR, restaurant, retail, hospitality).
• Experience managing multiple projects across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Experience with franchise development and/or supporting franchisees preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-unit café or restaurant openings preferred.
• Strong budgets, schedules, permitting, vendors, and risk management knowledge.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of operations, production, P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the development process for new, relocated, and remodel café projects from test-fit to opening.
• Coordinate with internal teams and franchisees to ensure on-time, on-budget openings.
• Lead franchisees through the café development and opening processes, including onboarding.
• Ensure cafés meet Paris Baguette standards in merchandising, signage, and layout.
• Maintain strong communication with architects, contractors, vendors, and franchisees throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify delays, costs issues, and risks and develop mitigation plans.
