Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a General Manager who leads with energy and accountability across all store operations. You will set the store's tone, coach teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include developing staff, optimizing labor and scheduling, managing inventory and safety standards, and driving performance through feedback and quality metrics. You will partner with owners to uphold Ziggi’s mission and culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership in a coffee shop or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of coffee service operations.
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Experience with labor goals, scheduling, and inventory.
• Clear communication under pressure.
• Passion for positive team culture and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Provide ongoing feedback to promote growth and accountability.
• Interview, onboard, and train staff per company standards.
• Write and maintain schedules, manage labor goals and coverage.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
• Drive performance using guest feedback, audits, and metrics.
• Communicate with owners and staff to ensure alignment.
