Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking a Café Manager to oversee the full café experience and ensure exceptional food service. You will report to the Multi-Unit General Manager and partner with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performance team, managing labor and budget, ensuring safety standards, and collaborating with culinary leadership to deliver a world-class dining program across accounts.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and inspirational management style.
• 2–4 years of management experience in high-volume café/restaurant settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ServSafe Manager Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety standards: enforce a culture of food and workplace safety and allergen management.
• End-to-End Experience: design and own the overall café experience from atmosphere to service.
• Hospitality Excellence: maintain a warm, inclusive hospitality standard.
• Cultivate Talent: develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Fiscal Performance: manage finances and labor with accurate inventory control.
