Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership across regional cafe and kitchen operations, driving profitability and hospitality excellence. You will partner with clients and senior teams to execute the program vision, manage high-volume sites, and lead cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in multi-unit cafes, high-volume restaurants, or hotels.
• Leadership experience supervising senior-level managers (8–10 years).
• Proven ability to drive financial profitability and large P&L scopes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily cafe, production kitchen, and culinary operations across regions.
• Oversee large-scale transitions, talent retention, and operational integration.
• Execute the overarching strategic vision for the account across functions.
• Manage client and stakeholder relations at senior levels.
• Own regional strategy for high-density Micro-Kitchens (MK) and EMR lifecycle.
• Provide executive oversight for EMR team to optimize asset uptime and kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility with quarterly and yearly reporting.
• Lead talent development and collaborate with HR, procurement, and safety.
