Job summary

Bon Appetit looks for a Café General Manager to drive the success of hospitality operations across assigned cafés and microkitchens in a building. You will manage front-of-house, training, budgeting, and guest experience while collaborating with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless food and service.

We seek a leader with at least 5 years in hospitality or corporate dining, strong people skills, and a passion for quality, safety, and customer care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or corporate dining.
• At least 2 years of management within Corporate Dining Account preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit operations and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food, service, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across cafés, microkitchens, and events.
• Lead labor and COGS management and budget adherence.
• Ensure safety, health compliance, and allergen protocols.
• Partner with Executive Chef to align food/service with client goals.
• Coach and develop managers and frontline staff.
