Job summary

Corner Market Café is seeking a hands-on Café Operations Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. You will report to the District Manager and drive customer service, food quality, cleanliness, speed, safety, and teamwork across a busy café environment.

The role requires visible leadership, active involvement, and the ability to step in across café functions to maintain efficient guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in a café/restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and set high standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, and retain a strong, guest-focused team.
• Coach employees and address performance issues promptly per policy.
• Balance people leadership with operational duties and maintain guest experience during peaks.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and safety procedures.
