Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or corporate dining.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit operations and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food, service, and innovation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across cafés and microkitchens within the building.
• Partner with Executive Chef to ensure quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain Health Department, OSHA, ADA compliance and allergen protocols.
• Lead, mentor and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Drive guest experience, safety, and strategic initiatives.
