Job summary

Paris Baguette North America in Moonachie, NJ seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the development, relocation, and opening of new cafés and remodels. You will coordinate internal teams, franchisees, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cafe/retail development, strong business sense, and exceptional communication. This role demands travel and collaboration across departments to ensure Paris Baguette standards

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience with café/retail development and openings.
• Strong business acumen and supplier/franchisee relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, relocation, and remodel café projects from test-fit to opening.
• Guide construction activities to Paris Baguette standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage general contractors, vendors, and franchisee relationships.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Identify delays and risks, implementing action plans for on-time openings.
• Provide guidance to franchisees and internal teams on standards and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet opening requirements.
