Job summary

Paris Baguette seeks a senior Development Project Manager to lead the café development and construction of new, relocated, and remodel projects across the United States. You will coordinate with franchisees, architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure openings meet Paris Baguette standards, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires strong construction project management, business acumen, and franchisee relationship skills, with travel to openings as needed to support successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial construction and/or architectural projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with franchise development and supporting franchisees.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-unit cafe openings.
• Strong budgets, schedules, permitting, vendors, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the development process for new, relocated, and remodel café projects, from initial test-fit and design development through permitting, construction, final completion, and opening.
• Consult and guide construction activities to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Paris Baguette design standards, specifications, approved scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage Paris Baguette preferred general contractors, millwork vendors, sign vendors, and other project partners.
• Develop and manage project scopes of work, budgets, cost estimates, delivery requirements, project schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Review project progress regularly and identify potential delays, cost issues, construction risks, or other obstacles that may impact the opening.
• Develop and implement action plans to address project delays and ensure timely completion.
